Hello, @josklever.
Is this the correct link to the plugin you mentioned?
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/mainwp/
Hello,
Same error here since the upgrade. I just disabled the plugin.
I’m not using MainWP.
Regards,
JC
Same issue here. The sites are up and running, but MainWP shows HTTP 500 errors. If I disable Cleantalk, MainWP shows HTTP 200.

Same issue here with 504 error on my site, but I don’t use the MainWP plugin. Had to remove CleanTalk plugin to access my site.
Thank you for your feedback.
We are rolling back to the previous version and will run more tests with the aforementioned plugin MainWP.
Please, wait up to 5 business days.
We have fixed the issue.
Please, re-install the plugin from this archive:
https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/dev-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip
The guide is here if you need it:

Additionally, could you send us your webserver error log? It could be found in your hosting account.
You can send the log either via email:

Or create a private ticket:

Hi @serge00,
I didn’t get notifications of your replies, but yes, that is the plugin. It’s a dashboard to manage updates etc. Sites are connected to that dashboard by installing the MainWP Child plugin on these sites. Via the dashboard you can login to the connected child sites, without manually having to enter login credentials every time.
In the code changes I see things related to cookies, so my guess is that the plugin since this new version checks if certain login cookies exist and block access if it doesn’t although MainWP uses a different method. I don’t know the technical details. If needed, you can contact their support at support[AT]mainwp[DOT]com.
Thanks,
Jos
Thank you, @josklever.
I added your details to the task.
Please, wait for our testing results. We will inform you.
I’ve just tested the 5.180.1dev version and that’s not having the issue, so it looks like it’s solved, but please let me know if anything else needs to be tested.
Thanks,
Jos
If everything is working in your environment then nothing else is needed.
Thanks! If something else comes up, I’ll let you know. I’ve marked this one as closed.
We have released a bug-fix version 5.180.1. This version is contained in the catalog and is available for installation.
