    Hi, I’m continuing to have issues with the latest version of Directorist with the theme and extension not updating or installing correctly.

    I am installing them as instructed via Directory Listings/ Themes & Extensions . However they will not update, causing my website not to work. Users can’t select plans, add listings or pay for anything. It was working brilliantly before this update.

    If I press update or install next to to DList Theme or any extension it says ‘updating/ installing’ but then it doesn’t work and it just reverts back to telling me I need to install or update it.

    After over a month and many emails to the technical help desk I am getting no progress rendering my website unusable. The responses can take over a week come and are unsatisfactory.

    Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to talk about the paid theme, extensions, feature here.

    Updating the extensions will resolve the issues. So, I would request you to mention the name you created the ticket with so I can have someone to take care of your issues urgently.
