Version 7.0 Missing Settings

I’ve moved a lot of the settings to more appropriate tabs. I’ve tried to ensure nothing has got missed but there may be the odd setting that has got lost.
If something isn’t displaying quite the way it was after you upgraded to version 7.0 just go to the plugin settings and start with the ‘Form Settings’ which is where most things have ended up.
