    Hello,

    as described in this thread, the error still persists.
    It happens mostly when changing categories of products in the admin product overview window, but also when opening and editing products.

    I would like to add that I have checked the console as well as tried using the error_log, both of which did not yield any results.

    I was not able to pinpoint the problem.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you please share a clear screenshot of the error as you are seeing it on your end? If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots.

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    I don’t know what to make a screenshot of, as written above, there is nothing to make a screenshot of, appart from an alert that says “Adding new attribute failed.”

    Hi Julian,

    The screenshot is of the exact error message as you are seeing it, and where this is being displayed so that we can have a better understanding of what you are seeing on your end.

    To clarify, there are no errors being displayed in the browser console on the pages experiencing this issue, and no fatal errors in WooCommerce → Status → Logs, correct?

    Can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment.

    I understand you’ve already tried to update your local host, and it didn’t resolve the issue. However, per our support policy, we can only assist with the two most recent releases of WooCommerce. Therefore, please kindly update to the latest version.
