Current version crashed my site. Had to get back in through my cpanel. I had already deactivated this plugin because the earlier version did the same thing. I’ve had this plugin for years with no issue. On the most current version of wordpress.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

When you roll back to v7, does the Site Reviews console page show any specific errors?

    Also:

    1. Are you using any custom code snippets to modify Site Reviews in any way?
    2. Do you have any old or discontinued Site Reviews addons installed?

After my site crashed I had to rename the plugin in the cpanel so I don’t have version 7. Tried to reinstall 8.9 and it crashed again. I guess it doesn’t like one of my other plugins.

@madgeshatbox Okay, then here is what I suggest you try:

    1. Log in to your cPanel and delete the Site Reviews plugin from your plugins folder (don’t worry, your reviews are safe!)
    2. Go to your “WP Admin > Plugins” page and confirm that Site Reviews is gone from the list of plugins.
    3. Install and activate the WP Retro Version Manager plugin (this plugin will allow you to install an old version of Site Reviews).
    4. Go to the “WP Admin > Tools > Retro Version Manager” page, search for “site-reviews”, then install the 7.2.9 version.

I also sent you an email directly.

Thanks Paul. Finally had time to get this done. 7.2.13 was the oldest one available. Seems to be working so far.

Great. Now, go to the “Site Reviews > Tools > Console” page.

Are there any error entries in the console?
