Hi,

The latest version that supports WordPress 4.7.9 is TablePress 1.8.1, available for download at https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/tablepress.1.8.1.zip

Note that this version will not be continued, and I always recommend to update WordPress as well. Only this guarantees that you will receive bugfixes.
