In subversion there is a tagged version 2.8.4. It looks like this is the missing 1.8.4.

We’re using composer to install plugins which in turn uses wpackagist. Because of this tagging, composer finds that 2.8.4 is the newest version when it should use 1.8.6 instead.

Is it possible to rename the tag?
