Vertical Align Carousel Gallery

I want to troubleshoot why tiled gallery and carousel aren’t getting along.

I’ve removed and hidden the commenting / info at the bottom of carousel and now want to vertical algin it. What do I modify?

Also, I can’t figure out why tiled gallery is breaking on this install.
