Yes, it’s possible to vertically align the popup to the bottom of a page. However, the requested feature is one of the features available within Divi Areas Pro.

Whereas Popups for Divi is a light version of Divi Areas Pro, it is limited in terms of features as an internal option. However, do support JS actions for applying certain features.
You can use the doAction( “position_area” ) action to modify the area position on the screen.
