    Version 4.0.7
Vertical scroll doesn’t work and as a result it also breaks the premium carousel widget

  • Hi @sandqi,

    Thanks for contacting Leap13 support!

Well, I have checked the page you sent from my end, and I’m unable to locate the console error from my end. So am I missing something?

Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Hi Team,

The error only shows up when the “Full Section Scroll” feature is enabled. I had disabled this feature on the shared link, that’s why the error didn’t show in the console.
I have now re-enabled the feature and the error is now showing, please take a look and advise. http://qistaging.com/dou/demo-home/
BTW i have upgraded the plugin to 4.0.8 now!

    Hi @junyewgempakstarz,

    Hope you’re having a great day 🙂

I’ve checked your page, found a console error. So, could you please check after deactivating all the plugin except Elementor and Premium Addons so can make sure if the issue is coming from a conflict with one of the installed plugins.

    Hello!

I disabled all the plugins except Elementor and Premium Addons but the error was still there!
Like I said before the error only shows up when the “Full Section Scroll” feature is enabled.
    Please advise
P.S: upgraded to version 4.0.9 now

    Hi @sandqi,

Hope you’re doing great today 🙂

I’ve checked the page, but I’m not sure what can cause such thing. It seems to be coming from the JS code that handles Full Section Scroll option.

I would be more than glad to help, but I will need to check things from your end, so could you just please open a ticket on our support system from here?

    Regards
