Vertical Scroll Mouse scroll not smooth

    Hello Team,

    First of all, thank you for the wonderful plugin.

    Now the problem that I am facing is that I am not able to get a smooth mouse scroll while using the vertical scroll widget of the plugin.

    I have shared the link to the page that I am facing issue in.

    Hi @teamratls

    Well, I can see speed option is set to 2000, so may I ask could you please decrease this value and check again if the issue persists ?

    Hi Leap13,

    I tried decreasing the value, everything is on default now.

    Can you please help me in getting the smoothness I get when I use the keyboard keys, and no matter how much I scroll it just scroll one slide.

    Wel,, I’ve checked your page again, now from my end, everything seems to be working fine and smooth. So am I missing something ? May I ask which browser you’re using ?

    HI Leap13,

    I have a mac so I tried the use of scroll in safari and it worked flawlessly, but when the same website was open in google chrome the website started glitching.

    Well, I suspect there’s a caching issue, so could you please clear your browser cache and purge all caching plugins (if any caching plugins installed on your site) and check again ?

    From my end, I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome and everything works pretty well on both 🙂

    Hi Leap13,

    I deleted all the cache from the browser and checked, the problem is that when I scroll once it is scrolling 2 slides sometimes which is not happening in safari, in safari on one scroll just 1 slide scrolls which is how it should work, right?

    And sometimes while scrolling it glitches and revert back from the next slide to the previous one, can you share the screen recording from chrome because I tried from 3 4 different computers and still the issue persists.

    Hi @teamratls,

    Well, the issue mentioned above was related to the scrolling smoothness, so could you please confirm if that was resolved ?

    On the other hand, regarding scrolling multiple slides at once. This only happens on Mac devices with Apple Magic Mouse, and our devs already aware of this issue and it will be fixed ASAP 🙂
