Vertical scroll not smooth

    Hi,

    There is a similar topic started by another user @teamratls, but there was no solution posted that I could use to fix a similar issue.

    I am experiencing a very jittery scrolling behaviour (chrome, windows 10) with the vertical scrolling widget on my website. I also experience the exact same behaviour on the Premium Addons demo page.

    I can replicate the same behaviour in internet explorer and chromium edge (although the flicker in edge is much worse).

    I know there’s nothing wrong with my hardware, because websites using other means than Premium Addons to vertical scroll behave completely smooth.

    Any suggestions please?

    Same issue in chrome and opera. Only works fine in firefox.

    I have tried disabling all unnecessary plugins in case they created any conflict but nothing improves

    Your example works perfectly in Chrome, very strange, why not ours?

    Is there any solution?

    Nice perspective. I did same things.

    By the way, 10 days has past and nobody reply my question. I was considering to buy pro version.

    So sorry for that, Our team checks for issues on daily basis but they don’t get notifications for replies on old resolved posts. That’s why nobody responded to your comment. I advise you to open a new post in case you have an issue or post it on our Facebook group.

    First of all, we’re so sorry for the delayed response. I totally appreciate your frustration @martinbey and hope you accept our apology.

    Actually, our devs team have been working hard the last couple of weeks to get things ready for Premium Addons for Elementor v4.0.0.

    The issue related to Premium Vertical Scroll widget is on top of our priority, but actually Google Chrome scroll is a little bit sensitive to the content on the page. Unlike Firefox, Entrance Animations, number of elements can affect Google Chrome scroll smoothness even if vertical scroll widget is not included in the page. Please check this topic on Elementor Github repository for more clarification.

    We would be grateful if you could provide a link where I can check things from your end and see if it’s related to Premium Vertical Scroll widget functionality itself or we can change something in the content to make things better.
