Hi,
Usually clearing the cache is good when you make a lot of changes and the layout shift a bit but the server cache usually doesn’t need clearing that often.
Regarding the internal CSS, I advise that you keep it that way until we release the next update, then clear cache and switch.
If you encounter any issues then, switch back, it’s not bad to keep it internal.
I hope you are satisfied now that everything works!
Hi,
Thank you for your explanations and advice.
I really hope I don’t encounter this problem again with your next update.
I leave this topic open for now, time to see if everything is working properly.
Thanks again for your help 🙂

Hi
Against all expectations, the problem of layout on the links has reappeared despite the CSS printing method “Internal embedding”.. This time, neither switching CSS printing method nor emptying all caches (server, browser) solves the problem…
I am so desperate…
Hi,
I don’t get it! I disconnected and then reconnected later, I switched the CSS printing method to external file, and again everything works…. What the hell is going on?
Regards
Hi,
It really sounds like a bug.
Please go to elementor > settings > experiments and deactivate all of them, see if it happens again
If you have already done this, my apologies
Can you send the environment for wordpress (the first section) of your system info?
Go to elementor > system info
Hi,
Thank you very much, it seems that things are becoming clearer…
As the links work correctly for the moment (For the “external file” CSS printing method), I will have to wait for the bug to occur again to perform your test.
In the meantime, I can already send you the system information about the WordPress environment (actually this is the 2nd section, isn’t it?). How can I send you an attachment?
Regards
Hi,
Since there is sensitive information in the system info, please just send the WordPress environment, you can paste it here.
It is the second section, yes.
Hi,
I can’t paste anything in the message box… just text. There’s no other way?
Regards
My mistake, I will not paste a screenshot, just the text;-)

Hi,
Thank you.
Can you tell me how many plugins you have and if you use woocommerce?
Hi,
I have 18 active extensions and I don’t use woocommerce.
Can you tell me if I have to wait for the link bug to occur again to deactivate all experiments or can I do it now?
Regards
Hi,
Its best to wait if it happens again since it wont show anything right now
Hi,
It is noted, I will keep you informed.

Hi,
The problem with the links reappeared this morning. So I went to Elementor > Settings > Experiences and deactivate all of them.
When I reloaded my site, I noticed that all the links were working properly again. I guess the bug came from those experiments that were activated, but I could only be sure if the problem didn’t occur again at all.
What are the consequences of deactivating all experiences on my site? Will this have any visible effects?
Regards
Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me.
Usually it’s not all of the experiments, please activate them one by one and let me know which is the culprit.
One experiment shouldn’t affect the website very much depending on which it is.
