    does this have the ability to view files in a vertical format and swipe up and down?

    Sorry, but in current gallery version it’s not possible.

    We’re working on next gallery release where will be included new lightbox and new gallery front end views. For this new interface elements we’ll implement more mobile friendly features (like new layouts and swipe direction also will be customizable).
