• A Paypal rep guided me through the upgrade. I asked about the 1.5-star review average rating and he said that was from first launch and now things were fixed. I should have verified. The poor reviews are only a week old, and now I understand. The plugin is very awkward for the user. Specifically, the Paypal window disappears without acknowledgment of the sale. I explained this three times, requesting a bug submission. My guess is this is the least of their problems.

    I’m not sure what behavior exactly you mean with the “Paypal window disappearing without acknowledgment of the sale” though.
    After confirming the payment in the PayPal popup window, the user is automatically redirected from the checkout page to the order-received page.
    Is this redirect not happening on your site and the user stays on the checkout page?
