@timmydcrawford got same issue too. Needs WooCommerce to be active while deleting this plugin, as WC_ABSPATH constant is not defined, throwing : PHP Fatal error: Class 'WC_CSV_Batch_Exporter' not found in...
Thanks for finding the source of it @panoslyrakis, I filed a bug in GitHub so the team can work on a fix for it:

A workaround until a fix is released would be to temporally enable WooCommerce and then deleting WooCommerce Admin.
