The plugin doesn’t always work straight away but the customer service helps out

    The poll is ok, it works fine in all languages. I encountered quite a number of bugs on the way but the customer service always helps out when needed. It’s now up and running and works fine.

    Please accept our apologies for any misunderstanding generated.

    We have further analyzed, edited and improved the Translations section, the HTML blocks can now be translated as well. By default the structure is maintained, however with small code updates you can edit the content and design if needed.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for helping me out! The customer service is good and replies quite quick when bugs appear.

    Based on the fact that they helped me out, I would revise my review, and recommend the plugin.

    There are quite some bugs, but the support team is fast in resolving them! Further, the plugin has a lot of different opportunities which is great!
