VERY BAD SUPPORT

I previously bough the pro plugin for a website, that website got abandoned and never used it and no longer have access to. I then created a new website but cannot use my LICENCE??? 

it says please remove the licence from the old website… how ?

I tried submitting a removal request but the form doesn’t work and keeps saying make sure u typed the name correctly. why the hell is you system like that ? 

when I put a new website just remove the old one if u want to limit 1 website per licence … 

and cannot even get support for something simple like that
