Hi

I am a bit nervous about asking this question

I created a table with 65,067 entries

I was hoping it would work if I reduced the pagination

However it seems to try to display all the entries first and then applies the pagination

Would it be possible to change the program so it does not bother to display all 65,067 entries all at once?

Please let me know if I am basically abusing the plugin…

Thanks for your question!

Indeed, by default, the full table is loaded, before things like pagination, filtering, sorting, etc. are applied.

However, what you describe is indeed possible, using the “Server-side Processing” feature module that is part of the TablePress Max license plan. This feature will then only load the data that is being shown on the screen, and only fetch the next set of rows when the visitor e.g. sorts, filters, or uses pagination.
