the plugin is quite easy-to-use. All you need is just select the type of interlinking and input keywords from which to create link-anchors. You can create links on posts and pages within one category, or within all categories of your site.
The main condition is that the keywords should be from your website content. Make sure that you made everything correctly and watch video tutorial that is available at SEO Post Content Links plugin page here on wordpress.
