Very happy with Formidable

I’ve used every paid and free form plugin. As a web designer, it took me probably 2 years to make a decision on “the one” for my clients. It’s an investment! I do a lot of work with custom post types, and had a client working with Zapier, SMS/Twilio, after weighing it all I went with Formidable Pro and I’ve never regretted it. It’s been almost a year. There are a few things I’d change in the admin user interface, but overall it’s a very powerful plugin. Support has been very good too.
