I mean Messages for comments to the Admin, Redakteur to authenticate Comments and after Authenticate to the Author that there is a new Comment to his Article.
and absolutely perfect it would be to mail the author of the comment if there is an answer to his comment.

That feature is in the Planner plugin, but we’re retiring it soon because comments will soon be added to the WordPress core. It’s in the Gutenberg plugin already: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/core/2024/11/06/whats-new-in-gutenberg-15-9-31-may-2-2/
