    Hello,
    I am happy to have finally found the plugin that I have been looking for for a long time.
    In principle, everything works too. Unfortunately, I have the problem now and then that the page takes much longer to load when the plugin is active (wait for api.imbachat.de). The problem, which occurs much more often, is that when you click on the widget /
    shortcode [ic_open_dialog] – Start chatting with user, the “circle” turns, but nothing else happens.

    do you know the problem, or do you have solutions?`

    We have tested the chat plugin from our side and there was no issue.
    Please provide us the test account for your website, where the problem is visible, so we could check it again and try to find a solution.

    Hello!

    The Page-loading-times have now normalized again, but to the other problem:

    I created an Test Account:
    Username: testaccount
    Password: testpassword

    edit: sometimes the problem just happens when one chat is already open, and you want to contact another “salesperson” in my case.

    edit2: you have to click at “Anbieter kontaktieren” on the right sidebar for the shortcode

    We were able to check and fix the issue form our side. Please be advised that if the issue occurs again, you just need to make sure that Jquery is on (in ImbaChat admin panel, JavaScript libraries).
