Hey @delrod – I’m really sorry to hear it sounds like you’ve had an unpleasant experience with the theme. For what it is worth – the support for the theme is handled by volunteers in the WordPress community – so sometimes replies can take some time.
I do see you have one topic in the support forum which is yet to receive a reply – which is less than 24 hours old. I’m sure you’ll receive a response there soon 🙂
Hey @delrod – I did also find your other query from a week ago – so can understand your question about timing – however with the holiday period it is very possible that our vounteers and contributors may take a little longer to respond.
As having duplicate questions in the forums is unhelpful for other users – I’m going to archive the duplicate – and will take a look at the original question.
