Very Poor Support

I purchased the popup that would integrate with Aweber. When I had a problem with the license key, I contacted support. Seven hours later I received a response to my email that basically said that they don’t like to sell the item I purchased and would look into the issue I was having. They also suggested that I take a look at some other products they prefer to sell. I wasn’t interested in the other products I wanted to get what I had purchased working instead.
So, not expecting a response for a while, I went about solving my own problem. And, I did…Good for me. But, then I receive an email from Daniel at support that simply said, ”
“Hey Don,
We do not own nor are we associated with WP Forms. That said you should be able to insert their forms into our popups successfully. We have plenty of users doing that successfully.
I will process a refund on your purchase of that extension since it sounds like you may have a better option available.”“Hope that helps.”
No, it doesn’t help. All my hours of study and working with getting Aweber, WP Forms, and the Popup to work together…down the drain.
And, when I ask that they remedy the situation and reinstate my subscription, they refuse.
