    Have posted my issues with the purchase of the premium plugins since thursday. Today is monday and still no response. I am wondering if this is how poor the support is from this company or is it just me? It seems like i am stuck on my own to fix the issues from installing thier plugins. The worst part is that i have not been able to get all the plugins i have ordered.

    Is any other person experiencing this with this company ?
