The plugin worked great without any support intervention. We actually purchased the ”Ultimate” package to benefit of all the features and more.

However, we had special request where we wanted to modify the Chatbot in a multi-language setting to react more like a funnel, bypass the intents and usual greetings and create specific URL language rules. Although under no obligation, the team behind the development has provided many useful insights and have made development changes to quickly reach the objective.

I rarely experienced this level of support elsewhere.
