very slow filter

    I’m working on migrating a Joomla shop to WordPress with YITH Ajax Product Filter. While the products are listed quickly, the Yith filter takes 6-8 seconds to set up. And that, every time the product overview page is called up. Do we have possibilities to optimize the speed?

    Have I perhaps set up the product filter unfavorably?

    We have already set up a dedicated web server and database server with more power. Unfortunately, the performance still leaves a lot to be desired.

    after disabling Ajax, it is really fast. So I’ve disabled Ajax. For me its working fine now.

    Hi there,

    Is strange that the filters only loads slowly when using the Ajax, unless there is something else affecting on it. Usually the problems with the loading times are the result of having a high amount products and filters requiring more resources or having to cache the results to increment the performance.

    However I’m glad were able to find a solution that suits you.
