• Hello, i have purchased the pro version of the plugin for years but never actually used it in my live site always preferring to use the default Woocommerce filters because of their fastest load. My last license expired about 1 year ago. Now i would like to use it in my site and i am testing the plugin in my staging site. I am experiencing a very slow filters load, about 10 seconds to complete the load with a very bad user friendly experience. Even hiding the load in the “modale” won’t work because the Filter button won’t open untill the load is complete. I have about 3000 variable products, 100 brands and 4-5 filters so i am aware the it is a high load for every filter and maybe no filter can load ina shorter time. On desktop cache is working but i am not able to test it cached on mobile. So i am asking around a few questions: 1) If i upgrade the filter to the last version can i get some advantage in load speed (using version 5.3.0)? 2) If i renew my license do you think the pro customer service has some snippets ready for situations like these? 3) Do you think that the chache can properly work on mobile on Yith filters? (i have Runcloud and WP Fastest Cache). Thank you

    Hello there!
I hope you are doing great!

From support we could check the issue in more detail, and there are some things we could try. However, being honest with you, the ammount of products and variations you have in your site will probably be the cause of the slow loading, and there won’t be much we could do about that.

It should work fine on mobile, however I can’t tell you exactly how it would be with the cache plugin you are using. We have a guide for WP-ROCKET integration with the plugin https://support.yithemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404474332305-How-to-configure-WP-Rocket-with-Ajax-Product-Filter which may help.

We remain at your disposal for any further doubts.

    Have a nice day!
