Very Slow query

Hello. I use Streamtube plugin, which based on Elementor.

If I deactivate Elementor, initial server response 1.3s

If I activate Elementor, initial server response 5.4s

I’ve checked db queries through Index WP Mysql Plugin (I even added high-performance keys to these tables. wp_commentmeta, wp_comments, wp_options, wp_postmeta, wp_posts, wp_termmeta, wp_usermeta, wp_users

using this plugin. Without keys response time was 11.7s)

You have 2 join queries with very slow execution time.

I don’t have traffic on my site. I have 2 core vps with 4gb ram. Nothing loads vps. I have 44000 posts in db.

Do you think about Mysql queries optimization?
