Thanks Joseph (@leap13) suggest me to change the content type with “Repeater” on using the PA Carousel Widget, now I can arrange the display items (templates) with the order as according to my insert sequence.

Thanks to Joseph(@leap13) again, your suggestion to disable the “Additional Custom Breakpoints” on Elementor (Pro) fixed my problem on the Premium Carousel display resolution problem for Tablet and Mobile devices.
