    WPVivid is a superb back up and migration tool. I have the pro versiom too but so far I did not need to use it beccause even the free version is superb. I am freelnace web developer and used this plugin to migrate 30+ client sites from my staging server to clients’ servers within minutes without any problems at all. I think whoever gave a 1 start rating for this plugin must be not intelligent enough.
