Both the bio and notes fields support shortcodes. That said you can use the core WordPress [embed] shortcode to add videos.

Hello again,
I have made several attempts to embed a couple of youtube videos into the profile of two business clients. For some reason, they are not embedding rather showing the link which takes them over to youtube. I also embedded the same video on the front page of my website and it shows up there fine…What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say, you using the share video link or the actual YouTube link? What is the exact shortcode you are using?

That’s the iframe from YouTube… you need to use the [embed] shortcode as explained in the FAQ.
