    Please help me, I’m not able to upload video’s, is there a setting that I need to change or what must I do?

    Unable to upload means are you getting any errors ?
    What type of video format you are trying to upload ?

    The more detail information you give, that quickly I can solve your issue.

    The exact error I’m getting:
    Invalid file type : WhatsApp Video 2020-05-05 at 12.24.25.mp4

    This happens as soon as you press upload and about in the half the processing stops with this error.

    It should be the filename issue, try changing or rename it to xyz.mp4 and see if it works.
    If it works, I will fix it in next update.
    Let me know the result.

    Hi I did try to rename it but I’m still getting the following error:
    Invalid file type : test.mp4

    Seems you have not managed your mime type means not enabled mp4 to upload.
    Check this link and enable the video
