    How can I do a video background with wording on top? And that wording can be clicked to link to page.

    I hope to insert it before event slider(home page).

    And, is it possible to add video for event? Now it’s only featured image & gallery.

I do want to note that, while this does sound possible, it will take a fair amount of custom development on your part and we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this.
