Video background in wrong section

Hello, i have a problem with the video background.
I have 13 sections. I can place the background video in de first 3 or 4 sections without a problem. But When i choose section 13 (where i want the video actually to appear) it still shows up in section 3 and ruins the layout somehow.

Any idea what the problem could be ?
