Video controls not showing on thumbnails

    Hi,
    I have enabled “Thumbnail video” in “Thumbnail display options” in settings.
    But video controls are still not showing on thumbnail.
    Secondly, it is also not showing the video icon on videos.

    Can you please help?

    It shows the video controls on thumbnails, see: https://wppa.nl/wp-content/uploads/wppa-source/album-99/Schermafbeelding-2022-11-03-121300.png

    but not on the thumbnails on the multi image album cover, that is the intention.

    You should switch popups off, because you can not run the video on the popup, because it vanishes when leaving the popup.

    See Basic settings -> Thumbnails -> III -> Item 6: Thumb popup

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
    Is there any way that at least the video icon can be shown on the thumbnails on the multi image album cover if it is not possible to show video controls?

    When I use type=”thumbs”, I can see the video controls on the thumbnails but the option to “Create Sub-album” and “Upload photos” disppears.
    Is there any way that I get these two options when I use type=”thumbs”?

    Hi Jacob,

    I have solved the problem.
    It was my fault.
    I didn’t check “Upload/create link on thumbnail area”.
    Now it is showing both the options, “Create Sub-album” and “Upload photos”.

    One last question.
    Is it possible to add a hyphen or a space between “subalbum”? I mean like “sub-album” or “sub album”

    I verified that the correct spelling in english is ‘sub album’ so i will change that in the code. Sorry.

    I will also see if i can add the video icon to the album cover thumbnails.
