This would not be an issue regarding the plugin. However, we like to report possible player issues to YouTube’s developer team. Please provide: a) if it’s the HTML5 player or the Flash (just right click over the video to see this), a link to your site, screenshots, and even better, a video illustrating the problem.

Hi, it was the HTML5-player.
Today, after a woocommerce-update (2.5.1) the controls are all visible.
Seems the problem is gone.

Hi, again the controls are not visible in latest FF + Win7 (also in Firefox Developer Edition; without addons). Only Speaker and time.
But seems only two people has this problem. 🙁
A new version of the plugin is going to be uploaded soon.
Please update to that version and see if your issues are addressed.
