    Is there a way to let users in my website to edit videos (cutting them) before posting them?

    Hope you are doing well!

    I am afraid video editing is out of the box, the feature is not included n to a plugin. Developing this feature will require a lot of custom coding. Please feel free to check WP Jobs section for additional help from developers:

    With the BuddyPress Activity Plus plugin, the users can use URL link to embed a video from another source.
