Video does not work

    After adding the code to the website page, the gallery renders properly, but when the thumbnail is clicked, the video does not activate.

    Since it takes you a full day to respond (“Priority Support”), we do not wish to make the page public for that long and have the chance for our visitors to have a negative experience. Please advise.
