Video doesn't load initially, need refresh

I added the short code:

When viewing the page, it loads what looks like the first frame of the actual video, as an image. When I refresh the page, it loads the poster image and then I can click on the video to play.

Site is being developed, so isn’t public.

Any ideas why?
