Video Doesn’t Work on Mobile

    Hi

    I am currently using the free version of video background plugin. I have two videos on the home page that work on the desktop format with no problems.

    However on my iPhone and iPad I am just faced with the fallback image. If I bought the Pro version of the software, would this remedy the issue or do I need to use a format other than .mp4 or .webm?

    Any advice would be gratefully received.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes pre-sales questions as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their potwntial customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
