Hi,
The Video Embed add-on adds a new module ( you’ll see it at the end of the modules listing ) that you can drag/drop as any other module and in the options you can set the URL to the video with some additional options if you need them.

Hi Slobodan,
Okay – I dragged text into the module and I was then able to edit. This took me to a screen where I could edit the text and add a URL. However this inserts a link to the URL. I would like to be able to embed the video and play it from within the same page(Like a video player). Is this possible?
Hi,
Yes, it does work like a video player.
Give this screencast a check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjW9MBTgMA8

Hi Slobodan,
Fantastic, it works in the video just as I want. But on my site I do not get the embed video option on the blue bar next to navigation. I have installed your embed video plugin and activated it.
Do I need to do something else to get it to appear on the blue bar?
I would really like to get this functionality working on my site because I am hoping to set-up an educational site for training and learning videos.
Kind Regards
Anwar
Hi Slobodan,
Apologies, ignore the above request, it is working!
For some reason the first time I downloaded and installed it did not appear in the blue bar. I considered that it should of worked so I deactivated and deleted. I then downloaded a fresh copy and installed and activated, now the video-embed module appears on the blue bar.
Great, now I can continue testing.
Kind Regards
Anwar
Hi Anwar,
Happy to hear it’s sorted out.
