Possibly, it may be the theme. It’s a media type not an embed, apologies.
I have solved the issue by using an embed type however.
I’m not sure there’s any more detail I can give. I’m using Filebird with the TwentyTwenty theme.

Yes, it would be theme issue, because FileBird does not serve functions as such.
