Video Embed in the description

    Hello

    I am just trying to embed videos in the content box for files which would be cool, it works if i copy the full iframe embed code from vimeo and youtube, but wondered if its possible to have it work like the rest of wordpress where you just put the link in, which would be easier for users?

    Hi @davecalvert-

    WP embed filters are applied to the BP Docs content output. A WP embed must appear on its own line, though, so some “secret” WP knowledge is still required.
    For instance, this body content expands into a YouTube player in my BP Docs installation:
