Video Embeds – transfering from wordpress.com

I am working on a site that has been transferred from wordpress.com.

After importing content everything shows up just fine except video embeds from anywhere – youtube, vimeo, etc.

In the posts they just come up as something like [youtube=http://videolinks.com]

I have searched in vain to find a plugin that can convert these over for me to no avail.

Any way to do this quickly and easily?
