    Hi
I just built this whole page with my band’s videos with your plugin, at the above site/page. It was working fine but I kept getting a message from my browsers on my desktop and mobile devices telling me that:
“Your connection to this site is not fully
secure Attackers might be able to see the images that you’re looking at on this site and trick
you by modifying them. Learn more
    Certificate is valid”

This only happens on the the video page of the site and nowhere else. I deleted a plugin I did not think was either related or needed. That seemed to sort the security issue, but now all the places where the videos should be are blank.

I have no idea what is happening. The plugin I deleted was something like better featured image or some such. On the badmathematics.com site at present I have taken the problematic page off the menu, but the link I sent above /video-page/ is still accessible. It was literally working before. But both that page and live page right now are giving the security warning. The problem here anyway is what is blocking the videos from the All in One video plugin working?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reporting back, and I’m happy to confirm that this was not a security issue with our plugin. Our plugin is 100% safe and secure.

In this case, two different issues happened at the same time:

    1. The SSL warning was caused by video files being added with http:// instead of https://. That’s why browsers were showing a “not fully secure” warning. Updating video URLs to use https:// resolves that problem.
    2. The blank video page was due to our plugin’s CSS and JS files not loading properly on your server. After adjusting the plugin settings and reinstalling, everything started working fine again.

We’re sharing this here so other users know there’s nothing to worry about — your videos and data remain safe, and the issue was not related to plugin security.

If anyone else runs into a similar situation, the quickest fix is to:

    • Double-check that video URLs are added with https://
    • Reinstall the plugin (making sure to uncheck “Remove data on uninstall” and “Delete media files” under Video Gallery → Settings → Advanced)

And of course, feel free to reach out here or via our website if you need help — we’re always glad to assist.

    HI again

After much consultation, and working out what the issue with the site security was. It seems that some old links were still in http rather than https. Once corrected that issue was resolved.

As for the plugin, in consultation with San I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and all videos came back in full. So issue dealt with, fingers firmly crossed!

    Thanks
