Video height and width not correct

Plugin was working great for a while, but recently, videos are loading on site at what appears to be the wrong width/height. This results in the video being cropped and black bars.

By using “inspect” and altering the iframe width/height, I was able to temporarily get video looking better, but of course this isn’t a solution.

Any ideas on what might be causing this new issue or what I can do to fix it?
