Theme Video Integration Feature

Communication Service: Needs a major improvement overhaul.

Support: Purchasing this new feature for my theme went quickly and smoothly(as payments usually do :-)!

But integrating the new video feature to my theme was not straight forward as there was no guidance or instructions provided. Continuous follow up contacts proved to me a long and frustrating process.
However, once the Support Team remained closely involved, the process and final results were done as specified and per my requirements, making all the frustrations along the way very much worth it.

Very happy with what the team were able to produce based on just simple descriptions I outlined in a brief email. Final product is Perfect and very easy to use!
