Use Amazon Web Services – S3 Storage w/Cloudfront Streaming + JW Player
Here’s some good info from the fine folks at LongTail:

Also you should consider encoding the video to a more reasonable size.
720×540 pixels @ 1000 kbps = 7.5MB / minute or 450MB / hour

The thing is I have unlimited hosting space is there a way to use that with the JW player you speak of? If so how?
I would not recommend it, you would not be able to stream the file, which is important with files of that size. It will certainly work, but I think the user experience would be less than ideal.

Do you know of any other way to do this? I do not want to end up paying a lot of money again. I already have unlimited space cant I get some sort of plugin that pulls videos out of my hosting service or something else besides youtube that would allow me unlimited videos in full length?
Edit: The AWS process also seems very long and complicated im talking over 100 videos here.
You can use JW Player to play videos which are stored on your server. Try it.
If you want a high-quality user experience though you’re going to have to pay a little for high-quality video delivery – which is not synonymous with free unlimited storage : P
I do not know of any free service which is going to allow you to store 100 full length videos and stream them.
Good luck.

Thanks.

Ok and how would I go about letting this plugin know where the video is in my host?
You should download the plugin and try it. An example shortcode that would work with the plugin:
[jwplayer file=”http://hwcdn.net/xxxxx/fls/xxxxxxx.smil”%5D
Where “file” = the absolute URL of your video.
